Depending on the server level agreement (SLA) you choose, your data will be stored redundantly on as many servers as you define.

Apart from the increased availability of your data, the redundancy improves the recovery speed, scaling approximately linear with the number of servers, because the data to be restored can be retrieved simultanously from all the servers. The limiting factor is just your download bandwith of your internet connection.
